Myriam Verzat is a CNVC certified trainer in Nonviolent Communication, an approach that is known internationally to help human system learn and grow from conflict, and build trust.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES AND DESIGN
The program is designed around four online sessions of three hours each, for a total of 12 training hours that lead to a certificate of completion.
OBJECTIVES:
Session 1: Understanding my own reactivity at work
learn to identify feelings and needs and discover the NVC model
discover what language helps build understanding and what language creates disconnection and triggers
learn to listen to your own needs to avoid burn out
Session 2: Hearing my colleagues and clients
develop better listening skills so you can hear the needs and wants of colleagues and clients
practice empathy in real life scenarios at work
discover better meeting practices that allow everyone to be heard efficiently
Session 3: Engaging in challenging conversations at work with curiosity and honesty
learn how to better express yourself with authenticity, clarity and compassion
learn to successfully address challenging conversations and situations with colleagues and clients
Session 4: Feedback and requests
make clear requests to coworkers
offer feedback that contributes to growth and connection

The training is delivered over Zoom as a highly interactive and experiential workshop.
Individual or self-employed: $350

Working professional: $490
Select this option if you register as a working professional and the fees are paid by your employer.
