12 intro Communication Training

This workshop lays strong communication foundations for you team

This training will give your team a common language, support interaction with colleagues and clients and increase resiliency when facing challenges. The 12 hour format allows an integration of the principles through indepth exercises and real life examples.

Objectives:

  • learn to identify feelings and needs and discover the NVC model

  • discover what language can be connecting and what language creates disconnection and triggers

  • develop better listening skills to be able to welcome someone with empathy and hear their needs (colleague, person supported)

  • practice empathy in real life work scenarios

  • learn how to better express ourselves with authenticity, clarity and compassion

    The program is ideally delivered in two days separated by one or two weeks in between. This allows for integration over a couple of weeks and reflection on how to integrate it in the culture of the organization.

2h Mini Communication Training

Short and efficient, discover the NVC model and the power of empathy at work

This training will present the principles of NVC, and give your group some preliminary tools around self-connection and empathetic listening. We will focus on listening with empathy to clients and how to handle our own inner reactions. It will also be a chance for a group of managers to decide if you would like to bring this approach of communication in your companies.

Objectives:

  • discover the NVC model and principles

  • defining self-empathy and empathy

  • exercises to develop better listening skills

  • overview of the 12 hours program

 
In only 2 hours, this workshop allows to have a complete and rich overview of what NVC can bring in a professional context. I perceive how it can allow to create a healthy culture with our colleagues and partners by preventing misunderstandings and conflicts. NVC helps improving clarity, efficiency and fellowship at work.

Teambuilding (1h to one day)

A playful way to create connection and collaboration

1h up to one day team building session

I deeply believe that play and fun is another key to a powerful team spirit. With years of experience in improvisation, I know lots of activities and games that can will support connection, fun and collaboration. We can combine a training in communication with a team-building activity to create the environment that will foster trust and authenticity in your group. I really enjoy facilitating those team-building experiences indoors or outside in nature to connect with each other in a stress-free environment, and liberate your creativity, spontaneity and playfulness. In collaboration with you, I help create It an ideal context to rethink the way we want to interact with each other, and to redefine what we really want to achieve together. The workshop is co-created with your organization and can include :

– games to build trust and invite playfulness, fun and spontaneity

– artistic activities to cultivate co-creation (can include movement, singing or music making, drawing, silent disco dance outdoors)

– team-building activities to foster collaboration and effective communication
